Returns
Returns in General
Non-consumable items in unused new condition may be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a refund not to include original shipping charges or return shipping charges.

Consumable Items
All sales of consumable items, (Food, Candles etc.) are final and may not be returned. Unburned candles may be returned on a case by case basis.

Return Authorization Required
Returns will not be accepted without authorization. Purchaser is responsible for ALL return shipping charges. Items returned must be in "like new" sellable condition.

Holiday Decor
All sales of Holiday Decor are final and may not be returned.

Refused Shipments
Shipments that are refused by purchaser for any reason will be charged a 10% restocking fee. In addition, any and all shipping costs incurred in the transaction will be charged to the purchaser.

Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the USA or Canada where the US Postal Service ships.  For International orders over 4 lbs you will not have the option of Global Priority Mail.  It may be just as cost effective and much quicker to split your order into separate orders.

Who ships your products?
Our preferred shipping partner is the US Postal Service but we do have accounts with Fed Ex and UPS.  Email me if you need to have a package delivered by one of these carriers.  You will be charged whatever it costs ThatsNutz.com to ship it to you.

How are your shipping rates calculated?
We do our best to charge you the actual cost of shipping. The formula we use is based on weight and package dimension. We make a live connection to the USPS to calculate instant online postage quotes.

Do you charge handling fees?
No. ThatsNutz.com does not charge any "handling" fees.

When will my order ship?
Most orders of in stock items received before noon PST will be shipped the same day.  Please allow up to 48 hours for processing plus respective shipping time to be safe for time sensitive deadlines.

What if some of my requested items are not in stock?
You can only order items that are in stock. If we are out of stock you can email us to find out when the item will be in.  If our inventory count is off and you manage to order something that is out of stock, I will email you to let you know that the shipment will be held up and when you can expect it to ship out.  You can always log into your account and check the status of your order also.
 
How do I insure my shipment?
Make a comment at checkout requesting insurance.

How can I track my package?
We will email you the day your package ships. Priority Mail takes 2-4 days on average and does not provide tracking. Only Express mail can be tracked. We can give you its tracking number if you request it.
